Day 9:
You will be met by your guide, who will familiarize you with Cape Town.  Weather permitting, you will be taken up Table Mountain.  It is a good introduction to Cape Town, and you have good aerial views of the Peninsula.  You will then be taken to the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Your guide will return you to your Guest House / Hotel  where you will have the afternoon free to just relax at the waterfront, or take a trip to Robben Island or one of the many attractions available to you. Overnight Hotel / Guest House of choice on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 10:
After breakfast, your Guide will meet you , and you will be taken on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula.

Start off down the coast, past the small towns of Muizenberg, Kalk Bay and Simonstown – our Naval base.  Stop off to see the Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach.  Continue on to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.  You will be taken by junicular to the Point.  Here, traditionally, is where the 2 oceans meet, the Atlantic and the Indian, although the southernmost tip of Africa is at Cape Agulhas.  Return via Hout Bay, where you may want to go on a boat to see the seals.  Travel along the Chapman’s Peak drive, spectacular scenery.  Lunch will be enjoyed en route at a good restaurant.  Overnight at Guest House / Hotel on a bed & breakfast basis.

Day 11:
This morning, after breakfast your Guide will meet you for a full day tour of the famous Cape Winelands.  Start in Paarl at the Language Monument, continue on to Franschoek, the French quarter of the Cape.  Stop-off at wine estates along the way to enjoy some wine tasting.  Continue on to Spier wine estate for a typically South African lunch at the Jonkershuis.  In the afternoon visit the town of Stellenbosch and the Living  Museum.  Overnight Hotel / Guest House of choice.
