Mountain Hunt in Big 4 Country on over 120 000 acres near the Swaziland
Border. With elevation ranges from 2000 to 6200 feet the gorges and valleys of these mountains have geological exposures dating back over 3.5 billion years. Dissected by numerous crystal-clean mountain streams and the Komati River winding through the lower reserve for more than 25km the views are spectacular and home to over 20 species including Elephant, White Rhino, Cape Buffalo and Leopard. This challenging 3 day hunt is for the serious hunter in good physical shape in search of a quality, fair-chase hunt and compares to some of the best sheep/goat hunting Alaska, British Columbia and New Zealand have to offer, a truly unique African Hunt. Due to the steep terrain and difficult road access our tented spike camp high in the hunting area gives us good access to trophy Eland, large Kudu, Mountain Reedbuck, several lower lying species such as Red Hartebeest, Waterbuck, Klipspringer and more…these remote valleys, gorges and high lying grasslands have never been hunted prior to the 2003 season and provides a Mountain hunt of excellence..
