Matthew Greeff Safaris
offers Custom Tailored Safaris with a difference - This is not a group
tour but an exclusive experience for a maximum of 6 people. Safaris and
tours are personally arranged by Matthew and Sylvia Greeff, owners of
the beautiful,
Gold Valley Lodge
near the famous Kruger National Park.
Set high in the
Crocodile Gorge Mountains outside the town of Nelspruit, on some 3000
acres of unspoiled bush, in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa.
The camp with it’s magnificent views of the fabled De Kaap Valley and
Swaziland Escarpment, combines the beauty of the Lowveld with the luxury
of our camp. Raised in the Lowveld, they have a diverse knowledge of
Mpumalanga, it’s people and it’s wonderful wildlife. Combine their high
standards with luxury game lodges, exciting game drives, excellent South
African wines and cuisine around a campfire in the African bush, and you
have all the ingredients for the "Safari
of a lifetime".
As a Game Ranger in
the well known Sabi Sabi Game Reserve in 1988 and then specialising in
guiding his own Safaris through the Big Game Reserves near Kruger
National Park, Matthew has developed an intimate knowledge of the
African bush and her wildlife, birdlike and people. Combine this with
the love of wildlife photography and the ability to get close to wild
animals and you are assured of an exciting yet safe safari with their
team of licensed experienced Guides.
